CHRA monitors registered community housing providers (CHPs) to track their continued compliance with the Performance Standards and eligibility criteria. This quality assurance process provides confidence that CHPs remain viable and can provide stable housing for their tenants to:

• the Government
• other agencies working in public housing
• the sector.
