Community housing legislation

One of the requirements of becoming a registered community housing provider (CHP) is to demonstrate compliance with relevant legislation in policies, processes and systems for managing social or affordable rental housing or both.

The following legislation is relevant to the role of a Class 1: Social Landlord.
