Once registered

We use the annual monitoring and reporting process to ensure your organisation’s ongoing compliance with the eligibility criteria and the Performance Standards. Registration is continuous so long as your organisation still meets the eligibility criteria and Performance Standards.

Your organisation is required to comply with all monitoring requirements, including providing Change and Disclosure reports as required, to alert us to issues we should be aware of.

Failure to continue to meet the eligibility criteria and the Performance Standards, including failure to report, could see your organisation placed on enhanced monitoring, or your registration suspended or revoked.
